    Designed for participants who already have a base of Reformer experience. The class introduces more complex exercises and variations of classic movements. Spring resistance is modulated so the work progresses efficiently while respecting each person's pace.

    For participants with a regular Reformer practice. Expect complex exercises and dynamic sequences that combine strength, control, mobility and stability. Variations and resistance are tuned to deliver an optimal challenge — building power, precision and fluidity.

    Inspired by ballet, Pilates and fitness, this class combines strength and endurance with plenty of pulses. Built on the beat of the music, it engages the core, stability and precision to sculpt the body and feel the burn.

  • PRENATAL & POSTNATAL Training — Babies Welcome

    A class designed to safely support women during pregnancy and after birth. Sessions emphasize adapted strength work with particular attention to the pelvic floor, posture and breath. The goal is overall well-being, postnatal recovery and a gradual, safe return to physical activity. Babies welcome (0–12 months).

    • Strengthen deep muscles, including the pelvic floor and stabilizing abdominals.
    • Improve posture, mobility and body awareness.
    • Support circulation and relieve tension linked to pregnancy and the postnatal period.
    • Offer a safe workout adapted to each stage (before and after birth).
    • Prevent and relieve common discomforts while supporting recovery after birth.

    Please note that we do not have a changing table.

  • HOT Full Body BurnAll levels

    A class combining exercise sequences that work the entire body. The focus is on strength training to tone and build overall power. Weights are used to intensify the workout and effectively target every muscle group.

    Our HOT Yin Yoga class takes place in a heated room and offers a slow, soothing practice. Spinning

  • Spinning Introduction / BeginnerBeginner

    In this intro/beginner class you'll learn how to set up your bike safely and comfortably. You'll discover the theory, the basics of spinning and the principle of rhythm, building progressively throughout the class. The session is split in two: 30 minutes of setup and explanation, then 30 minutes of spinning on the bike to put it into practice. The perfect way to start your practice and discover spinning with confidence.

  • Spin PerformanceAll levels

    A class alternating climbs, intervals and sprints to build cardiovascular endurance, power and resistance. An energizing workout where everyone adapts the intensity to their goals and level, in a dynamic atmosphere mixing driving music and immersive lighting.

    A class where every pedal stroke follows the beat of the music. Between driving playlists, immersive lighting and collective energy, enjoy a motivating experience that boosts your cardio and lets you escape the day.

    A complete workout combining bike, cardio and strength. Expect heavy-resistance climbs to strengthen the legs, dynamic sprints to push the cardio, and upper-body weighted exercises to sculpt and tone the whole body.

    A 40-minute EXPRESS version is offered in the morning and at midday.
